Brand-chef of the Chenot Group is once again visiting the restaurant at Barvikha Hotel & Spa with a special program. Emanuele Giorgione will hold master classes for personal chefs and the hotel guests, as well as present an updated biolight-menu. The guru of healthy nutrition will share his own recipes of healthy dishes with personal chefs. Under his thoughtful guidance one will be able to master the technique of cold marinating vegetables, making “special” desserts with quinoa and also soups and second courses made vegetables and cereals.

Hotel guests will also receive an incredible opportunity to learn cooking skills from a professional. The chef’s program consists of wasabi-flavored zucchini and mint soup, eggplant rolls stuffed with soy noodles and vegetables, and other dishes for a nutritious and healthy diet.

Giorgione’s visit will end with a presentation of an updated biolight-menu and a dinner. Strawberry gazpacho, octopus and celery ceviche, veal fillet with green pepper sauce, and peach tapioca with passionfruit will allow the guests to experience unique gastronomic pleasure. Daily nutrition plan compiled on the basis of the biolight-menu is already available to order for take away, distributed at the hotel.
